Welcome to NutriHealth Medical Nutrition Therapy!

My name is Saadat Aimaq and I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. I have degrees in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado and in Biology from the University of California, San Diego and a dietetic internship along with a graduate certificate in food and nutrition from Bowling Green State University. I have worked at the INOVA hospital system for over a decade in the  field of clinical nutrition.  I also have a certificate of training in obesity for adults and pediatrics from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.  This experience has lead me to understand how powerful of a role nutrition plays for lifelong wellness and quality of life. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and blood pressure issues have their roots in nutrition.  Additionally, preventative nutrition therapy is also key for quality health. I would be privileged to be a partner in your journey of attaining optimal nutritional health and help you achieve a lifelong journey of self discovery. As a partner in your journey, I will provide encouragement and the latest evidenced-based nutrition therapy.  Because my training allows me to seek out clinical factors in nutrition issues, such as in  weight management, diabetes, heart healthy nutrition along with nutrition therapy, I can help you achieve nutrition goals tailored to your needs.
